Other Things to Know About Spiral Staircases

Building Time for Spiral Staircases can vary between 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the time of the year. There are times when building time can be significantly longer. Please call for present time frames.

  • Extra options price are based on a 5' diameter Standard Stair, 8 1/2' tall (generally 11 steps non-code - 10 code)
  • An 8' tall non-code stair makes approximately 3/4 turn and a 10' tall stair approximately 1 full turn.
  • Allow a 4" (steel stairs) or 6" (wood stairs) larger finished hole opening than the diameter of the stair.
  • When ordering, we will need to know the exact finished floor-to-finished floor height and direction of turn going down.
