Extra Steps

Add $90.00 per extra step for up to 5' Diameter or Smaller Standard Stair - Minimum Price

* Extra option prices are based on a 5' diameter Standard Stair, 8 1/2' tall (11 steps - 10 code)
* An 8' tall stair makes approximately 3/4 of a turn and a 10' tall stair makes approximately 1 full turn.
* Allow a 4" to 6" larger finished hole opening than the diameter of the stair that you order.
* When ordering, we will need to know the exact floor-to-floor height and direction of turn going down.

Our All Wood Stair measures approximately 2 1/2 " larger than the
diameter indicates.  To install any of our All Wood Spirals, you will need to make
your opening  6" larger than the stair diameter.  All prices are for unfinished stairs -
Call for finishing prices.

 

SHIPPING NOTES

* There will be a 2% surcharge added to the total of all stairs. * There will be a $35.00 packaging charge added to steel stairs shipped  out on truck lines, and to all wooden stairs. * Circular Stairs (shown on the back of our color brochure) run much higher in cost than        spirals and take longer to build. * Please read the FAQ's for additional answers to general questions. * Please ask us if you're not sure.
