Our steel spiral staircases are perfect for residential or commercial use. Each includes:
- Standard black finish
- Pine section handrail
- Up to 10 particle board treads (for carpet overlay)
- 10 steps / 11 rises (up to approx. 8.5 feet floor-to-floor)
🛠️ Larger openings require 4″–6″ extra clearance beyond the stair diameter.

All-Wood Oak Spiral Staircases offer warmth and craftsmanship. Base prices include:
- Pine center pole
- Square oak balusters
- Oak treads (non-code)
- Oak handrail
- 10 treads / 11 rises (8.5 ft. height)
🛠️ Opening should be 6″ larger than stair diameter. All stairs ship unfinished.

Important Notes and Timeline
- Build Time: 3–6 weeks depending on season and order volume
- Height Planning:
- 8′ stair = approx. ¾ turn
- 10′ stair = approx. full turn
- Opening Size:
- Add 4″ for steel stairs
- Add 6″ for wood stairs
- Quote Requirements:
- Exact floor-to-floor height
- Diameter
- Direction of turn
- Interior or exterior use
Additional Fees
- 2% surcharge on total cost of all stairs
- Packaging charge: $20.00–$70.00 based on location
- Circular Stairs: Priced higher than spirals (longer build times)
