Once you’ve placed your order (by calling 785-689-4341 or toll-free at 1-800-536-4341), we collect all necessary information and request a $100 deposit to reserve your place in line. This deposit is nonrefundable.

• Estimated production time: 3–8 weeks (depending on complexity and season)
• Shipping lead time: 7–14 days after build completion
• Wood stairs may take longer than standard steel stairs.

Note: A signed invoice and a 50% deposit are required for orders over $1,000. The full balance (including any customizations) is due before or at the time of delivery. We accept credit cards, and a 2% surcharge applies to card orders.

🔹 Disassembled shipping lowers rates; pre-assembled stairs may cost more due to freight class.

Tip: We recommend shipping disassembled stairs unless you're comfortable with higher shipping rates and pre-assembled handling.

For standard staircases:

• Installation can take less than 1 hour with 2 people.

• Most time is spent installing the handrail and treads.

• The Luxury Living Spiral Staircase and All-Wood models take slightly longer (up to 2 hours).

• We ship the staircase in 2 pieces

• Assembly is straightforward—the main difference is a seam in the center of the pole

Yes. If your project requires code compliance, let us know when you place your order. We’ll ensure the staircase includes:

• Proper baluster spacing

• Child safety rails

• Riser bars

• Code-size threads

• Code-compliant landings

We’re experienced with the 2015 and 2018 IRC and IBC Codes—just tell us your requirements.

If you cancel:

• The $100 deposit is non-refundable.

• For custom orders in production, up to 25% of the total cost may be non-refundable.

• Orders with special materials or custom designs cannot be refunded.
